Job Title - Customer Service Advisor (Inbound only) Contract - Permanent Location - Glasgow City Centre Shift Pattern - Mon - Fri 8am-8pm Sat and Sun 9am-5pm (Rotational Shift Pattern) Salary - 17,550 per annum Exciting opportunities exist within our clients Contact Centre team based in Glasgow City Centre right now. This Role is about… • Providing superior customer experience on each and every call • Updating the internal systems timely and accurately • Up-selling and promoting additional products and services • Keeping up to date with all products and policies • Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met We need you to have…. • A genuine passion for providing great customer service • Previous Contact Centre experience - at least one year • The ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues alike • Adaptability to learn quickly, manage your own time and work flexibly within a team You must be flexible to work shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 9am-2pm on Sunday. Working 5 days from 7, working 37.5 hours per week. Suitable candidates must be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check.
