Administrator required for Export Team in Rotherham - Immediate start required temporary job £17000 - £20,000 Your new company Working for a leading logistics business in Rotherham you will be part of a busy team who due to a rapid growth require immediate support on an ongoing temporary basis. Your new role You will report to the Lead Accounts Manager and the main purpose of the role will be to provide day to day admin support for the office. Key aspects of the role will include; -Customer service administration -Full inbox management -Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries, collections and orders -Any admin support as requested by the Lead Account Manager -Export admin - liaising by telephone and email with clients regarding freight -Dealing with queries internal and external regarding shipments -Updating and managing various spreadsheets -Stock checking -Data processing -Knowledge and experience of Excel ideally to intermediate level would be ideal What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will be able to demonstrate having held a similar role previously as administrator in an export, procurement or logistics team. You will be extremely organised and methodical in nature and have excellent communication skills. You must be able to start temporary work with immediate effect and not be on notice.
