The ability to work to key deadlines will be pivotal in this position. Working in a small finance team the ability to communicate and interact with other team members will play a key part to this team being successful. What’s on offer A competitive base salary of £18750 4 week in depth training induction (Classroom and On the job) 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Your Birthday OFF, On us Access to group benefits through our Boost platform Free hot drinks, all day, every day Free fresh fruit delivered twice a week Free onsite parking Excellent internal progression opportunities What you’ll do Identify the correct customer accounts for the daily banking transactions for all relevant transaction types Process these transactions on DRAMS Run and maintain the accounts on the Card Manager system Reconcile the transactions posted on DRAMS to the payments received into the bank Process customer refund requests ensuring that the correct amount is refunded Processing client "paid direct" files and updating DRAMS for these Remitting payments to clients on a weekly & monthly basis Maintenance of purchase ledger Who we are We’re the only UK Credit Management and Collections Company owned by a bank.
