OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN ROTHERHAM ROLE- OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION- ROTHERHAM DURATION- 6 MONTHS RATE- AJILON CONSULTANT Our client is an International energy and services company providing energy services to consumers across the globe and driving innovative products and solutions to drive power to the customer in more ways than one. The Role Operations Administrator position holds responsibility for the overall day to day support and co-ordination of the operations team and administration including; procurement, vendor & contractor management, billing, Invoicing, O&M manuals, OLEV claims, manage CEVS inbox, support and training to customer service team, ISO14001 support, APP support, management of hosts and faults on Driivz system managing annual revenues of £3.5m To support the project office on Doncaster with administrative support for the installation of EV installations for UKB. Describe key competencies required. Finance: manage all transactions (costs and revenue) for multiple projects with multiple vendors, contractors and customers including capital, lease, service payments and retentions. Reporting - record, monitor and report against business performance KPIs including safety, engineer utilisation, socket utilisation and margin performance. Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the project managers and wider CEVS team. Procurement/administrative: Billing, invoicing, chase payment, estimation, updating project costing, creating projects, assigning cost to projects, credit checking, creating accounts, allocating labour to projects monthly, timesheets, booking and tracking of accommodation, ordering stationary/supplies/equipment, populating WIPS and Accruals for review in monthly meeting, Health and Safety: Owner of family tree, SAE updates, audits, observations and near miss reporting. Insights: Provide updates to wider team via EV news digest and create driver surveys as required, analyse and present results to operations team. ISO14001: Manage contractors waste transfer notices and update processes to reflect waste management, managing waste from Doncaster warehouse and present at audits and ISO14001 meetings. O&M Manuals: Build, populate and issue the operations and maintenance file for all projects. Operational Risk: Manage and monitor all operational risks escalating to the Lead Project Managers as necessary.
