Overview
A buzzing Media Planning and Buying Agency based in London are looking for an outgoing, dedicated Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their hardworking team. Duties include, but are not limited to - Supervising 4 team members, organising workloads depending on departmental priorities - Managing the Purchase Ledger - Ownership of the Query reporting process, providing a reporting pack to management each week - Reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis - Approving team payment reconciliations - Providing management with media owner backup for client audit - Providing system training to the wider business The Person - 3 years Purchase Ledger experience - Experience in supervising a team desirable but not essential - Confident speaker and dealing with problematic situations - Have a high standard of numeracy and compelling communication skills - Confident with Microsoft Excel and open to learning new systems
