Overview
Technical / Quality Manager Role, Scunthorpe We are working exclusively with a leading Food Manufacturer based in Scunthorpe, who are looking for a Technical / QA Compliance Manager. The role will involve: Staff to be fully trained and compliant with company processes for all activities with weekly spot checks to ensure compliance Zero pests to be found onsite. Daily product checks to be held and data recorded Maintain controlled environment within agreed ranges Product samples to be thoroughly checked pre- and post production for highest quality The job will entail being responsible for the following areas: Shelf life Product specifications and non-conformances Audits (hosting) Supplier visits and management of suppliers Quality Manual and procedures Internal audits / GMP Audits Training HACCP / TACCP Documentation / label checks (for GMP) Temperature checks Pest control Calibrations Check of incoming raw materials (product contact) Fire alarm and Burglar alarm point of contact Microbiological Trials Salary: circa £35,000 Benefits To Apply: Please press the 'apply' button Due to the amount of applications received, only those who our client wishes to progress will be contacted.
