Overview

Senior Administrator - Salesforce You’ll be joining the Business Operations and Systems Standards (BOSS) team. The team is responsible for managing the standard integrated suite of applications across Advanced, ensuring the provision of a first class service to the business through the administration and service of one of its business critical systems, driving adoption, innovation and improvements. The role will report into the Sales Operations Manager, and lead the salesforce element of the BOSS team in the following areas: Onboarding Mergers and Acquisitions Engagement to ensure clear and consistent communication and data controls Troubleshoot user issues and identify appropriate solution. Application lifecycle and change management. Develop, document and maintain system design and test procedure. Configuration tasks such as validation rules, workflow rules, process builder and flows. Case management engaging with users at all levels to resolve queries providing first line support & adhering to SLA’s Creation of knowledge/process documents Permissions control and application access governance Data governance and integrity Product and Pricing management/administration Impact analysis of changes and risk management Automating complex business processes Seek innovative solutions to real business issues and present these to ensure applicable stakeholder and business engagement Communication within team(s) and wider business on process and managing expectations of any business led initiatives/changes What we are looking for 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst Strong Salesforce CRM and configuration knowledge in both Classic & Lightning Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce Security, best practices and functionality Certifications required (ADM201), Developer certification preferred Able to prioritise improvement initiatives, with clear rationale of benefits to the business Knowledge and appreciation of database structures and the relationships of data within applications and a wider application environment Microsoft Office skills, with a particular focus on MS Excel and data handling functions Qualities we are looking for Excellent communication both written and verbal to support data presentations Accuracy and attention to detail, whilst allowing for materiality to ensure delivery and availability of reports are maintained Logical approach to tasks and problem solving Excited by data and the power of transforming into useable business knowledge A driven individual with the desire to learn new skills and develop at a fast pace in a rewarding environment Communication and interpersonal skills
