Payroll and HR Coordinator Job - Job paying up to £35000 / £35K - Job based in Central London Your new company A casino based in the West End are looking for a HR and Payroll Coordinator to join their London team. Your new role As HR & Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the in-house payroll for 400 employees on a monthly basis. You will also be responsible for processing company benefits, maintaining the HR systems, managing on-boarding processes as well as conducting audits to ensure integrity is maintained. Processing payroll (in-house) on a weekly and monthly basis Month end - P11Ds, P60s, P45s Annual leave reconciliation and processing statutory payments SSP, SMP, SPP Resolving payroll queries , communicate changes made to employee tax codes Managing company benefits - cycle to work, season ticket loans, healthcare , childcare vouchers and more On-boarding , maintaining employee records Maintaining HR systems, training other employees on this What you'll need to succeed You will be customer focused, able to prioritise responsibilities and have exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience in an in-house start to finish payroll role is essential. Experience in a HR / Payroll position is highly desirable and experience using well known systems such as ADP, Workday, SD Worx or Ceridian is a huge bonus.
