Overview
Quinton Davies are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller for a Bristol based client. You will work with the credit control team collect the outstanding debt on the accounts, via the phone and email and reconciling the debt to the correct accounts. You will be working closely with the rest of the team, including the credit control manager to keep the debtor days to a minimum along with other ad hoc duties. -A good understanding of IT systems -Proven experience in credit control and handling credit insurance claims is required, preferably -Qualified with the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, although this is not essential. You will need to have some experience within the credit control process and have strong analytical skills. You will be a pro-active individual with a friendly, firm but fair attitude but be professional at all levels. Strong Excel skills are necessary.
