Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator for a leading FS SME in Leeds. Client Details Our client is a leading player in the Financial Services Industry, the business is looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to add value to it's operation in Leeds. Description Financial Services Administrator - Leeds Reporting into the general manager, this role will entail processing new business applications (pension/investment/protection), preparing meeting packs, liaising with 3rd part providers, producing valuations on Excel, providing analytics plotting fund growth, answering the telephone. Dealing with client queries e.g. with drawls/death of a client, change of address/fund switches/trust documents. Drafting client letter and emails. Profile The successful candidate will ideally have: An understanding of the financial planning process A general understanding of the financial planning process Positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexible and helpful approach to work A willingness to follow business processes, procedures, and work to targets and deadlines The ability to work well under pressure both independently and in a team Achieve agreed outcomes without supervision IT skills in the use of word, excel, outlook and the internet Job Offer Salary up to £22,000, company pension, Private Medical Insurance, Life cover and a quarterly performance related bonus.
