Financial Controller | Leeds | £45,000 - £55,000 impressive benefits package The Opportunity Aambitious, growing SME are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their team and provide leadership and strategy to drive future growth. This is a pivotal position within the company, you will lead a small team in all aspects of financial reporting and control, along with providing strategy and insight alongside other department heads to implement positive change and deliver growth. You will enjoy As Financial Controller you will be responsible for leading the finance function in producing accurate, timely financial reporting including management accounts, budgeting and forecasting. Driving continuous improvement, you will ensure that robust controls are in place, developing and implementing streamlined processes. You will work alongside an impressive, approachable MD, in an environment which welcomes and supports progression and personal growth.
