The management within this primary schools is excellent and because of it the teachers have excellent behaviour management with all children. This primary school work hard to create a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children to learn in. There is very good communication between the year groups and teachers to ensure that children get noticed and no one gets left behind. As a primary teacher you will be going into the year 3 classes and will be expected to take over quite swiftly. The primary school will support your transition and ensure that you are welcomed warmly into the school as they are aware that this is starting a month after the term is back in February 2020. Your position will be as a class teacher where you will be expected to help the class and provide lesson plans and move the class to the end of year goals. This is a lovely two and a half form entry school to work in because it has fantastic grounds, great community feels and an open door policy with the parents.
