Care UK is looking for a Primary Care Charge Nurse to join our multi-disciplined team at HMP Pentonville. About the role... To work as part of a team of Primary Care Nurses within HMP Pentonville Integrated Healthcare Services. Provide clinical leadership and management to the Registered nurses. Establish inter-agency working where necessary to ensure good communication increases quality of care for patients. Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role. You will work within your scope of practice, in accordance with Care UK and prison service policies and procedures in line with the NMC Code of professional conduct, performance and ethics for nurses and midwives. What do we need from you so you can do the role? You will need to be registered with the NMC and be able to demonstrate professional development. Experience within a primary care environment is beneficial and experience within a secure environment is also desirable. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is up to 40,000 per annum FTE - dependent on experience.
