Overview
Our clients, who are very well established and respected both within and outside of their industry are now in the market for a Customer Services Advisor to join their team. Duties will involve : Responsibilities: Answer customer calls placed to the service department and process breakdown call-outs Pass breakdown calls and service chasers to relevant engineers within the target time Provide basic technical support to customers over the telephone as required Take incoming calls to the Help Desk and refer to the appropriate person within the company as necessary Maintain and update customer information accurately as and when required Analyse information to resolve customer problems and enquiries Process paperwork General administration Requirements: Must be capable of making a range of decisions within established systems with regards to priorities and appropriate response to customer queries Ability to respond and reply to problems quickly and accurately, liaising with other departments where necessary Able to maintain good company image and customer satisfaction Able to reply to problems efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) level Able to work on your own initiative High quality word processing skills required Quietly assertive Excel knowledge is preferable Tactfulness when dealing with any and all contacts outside the company This is a really outstanding opportunity for the right candidates and the role comes with unrivlled employee benefits which include a generous holiday entitlement, free private healthcare, a contributoty pension of 6%, canteen facilities, free parking and childcare vouchers Email the team today for more details
