Overview
Robert Half are seeking an immediately available Finance Administrator to join a busy, supportive team based in Avonmouth. This role is temporary with the view to go permanent. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable administrator to work for a successful manufacturing company which is based in Avonmouth. You will be offering support to the finance team as required, this is a real chance to begin your career within a finance function. Role: Finance Administrator Location: Avonmouth Duration: Temporary to permanent Salary: £10 per hour Start: ASAP Role You will assume responsibility for: Resolution of supplier invoice processing queries Reconciliation of Credit Cards Managing employee expenses Liaising with internal and external contacts Ensure systems are updated sufficiently to ensure prompt payment of invoices Essential Requirements You will be able to demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with the ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout. You must be able to show initiative, have excellent IT skills, be process driven and a strong communicator. Finance or accounting experience is desirable, but would also suit an AAT Studier.
