Client Support Specialist Location: York Salary: Highly Competitive plus bonus and benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Support Specialist to work as part of the team at Network Ventures. Network Ventures are a well-established and highly successful appointed representative and Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc. You will be employed directly by the Practice. St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. SJP has funds under management in excess of £116bn. The Role - Client Support Specialist We are recruiting for a vital support function within a busy office. Providing a full and high level of technical and administrative support to Clients and Advisers of the Practice. The role would be suitable for an Administrator or Senior Administrator who has a proven track record of experience in wealth management or a similar field who can hit the ground running and is looking to progress their career. Must be able to demonstrate high levels of competence and understanding of the requirements within the industry and as such a background in pensions, investments and protection is vital. Reporting to the Practice Manager, your role will involve (but is not limited to); Working with high net worth and private clients Managing and resolving technical queries Interpreting instructions and implementing actions according to internal operating procedures Prompt, accurate and compliant submission of business Provide a level of technical support to the team Complex Meeting Preparation Able to help with adapting processes and procedures for smooth running of the Admin Team Managing business workflow and planning and prioritising own workload to ensure targets are being achieved. The Person - Client Support Specialist To be considered you will need: To be proactive and able to use your initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner Have proven work experience within the Financial Services sector, ideally 3-5 years Personable and have the ability to build rapport Highly organised, ability to effectively plan and organise your workload and work under pressure and to tight deadlines Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail Working knowledge of Excel, Word Outlook and CRM systems It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
