They are now looking for a Property and Facilities Manager to join their head office team based out of Manchester. Reporting into the Head of Finance the Property and Facilities Manager will help source potential property acquisitions, negotiating fees and managing all new site openings. Responsibilities – Property and Facilities Manager - Manage the property team including three field property co-ordinators and one property admin assistant. - Oversee, organise and document the rollout of the retail estate, ensuring the new property sign off process is adhered to. - Accountable for contract renewals negotiations and process management. - Responsible for the entire retail estate, ensuring new sites are set up to brand standards, maintenance of the estate, overseeing site refurbishments and any closure negotiations. - Organisation of new pod capex requests and ensuring the purchase order process is adhered to and retail estate invoice approvals. - Management of the business site schedule. - Weekly reporting to strict deadlines and reporting to board level. Desired Skills – Property and Facilities Manager - Background in property or facilities administration ideally gained within a multi-site retail, leisure or hospitality led brand is desired although not essential for the role. - Solid negotiation skills with a background in sourcing best value deals. - Strong administration and organisational skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Management experience is essential, management of remote teams advantageous. - Comfortable working to tight/short deadlines and working on multiple projects. - Able to plan and prioritise work and make key business decisions with minimum guidance. - Willing to learn and take on new challenges. - Strong commercial and business understanding. - Good Excel, Word and computer literacy skills.
