Manager, Digital Marketing Operations - London About the Role The Manager, Digital Marketing Operations will collaborate with Avanade's internal clients and lead the creation, optimization and activation of campaign activities using our central engagement marketing platform, Marketo. Specifically, to support all tactics and channels with which we go-to-market: email marketing, events (traditional, RSVP, approval-required, tradeshows/booth visits), paid advertising, .com engagement, campaign-specific nurture flows, telemarketing/teleprospecting, our lead management process, gated website content, manually importing activities, custom landing page design, etc. This role will also partner closely with the solutions and campaign managers to support defined go-to-market strategy by identifying nurture opportunities and developing nurture plans directly connected to business and sales objectives, sales targets and national campaigns. You will be responsible for scheduling and implementing complex multi-contact campaigns; evaluating and initiating response based on prospective customer interaction; tracking, reporting and educating on results of all efforts. Digital Marketing Ops Manager will partner with country or field marketers in all phases of our campaign framework including: request submission, requirements gathering, asset build-out, custom campaign flows and logic, testing, engagement tracking, scheduled execution and reporting and analytics. About you: You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B campaign design, integrated marketing and demand generation and at least 2 years of Marketo-specific experience. You are preferably Marketo Certified and can work independently and as a team member, also under tight deadlines. You can develop and drive database marketing segmentation strategy to enhance success of lead/demand generation efforts. You have strong project management and facilitation skills and you act as a trusted advisor (not always accept what’s requested - outside-the-box thinking). You have email and database marketing experience, knowledge around lead Lifecycle funnel /lead management processes/standard methodologies You are a strong communicator (over-communicating in this role is paramount) and effective in dealing with diverse groups of people. You’re able to interact with all levels of customers and prospective customer organizations in positive manner. You display professionalism and confidence and you: have strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications can work with multiple partners across various time zones that don’t necessarily align to the local time zone know marketing processes and disciplines including database management, direct marketing, telemarketing, event marketing to both various job levels/decision makers have Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing While no formal certifications are required – although Marketo Certified Experts are desired/preferred – the candidate will have successfully completed/passed a series of prerequisite on-demand training through the Marketo University ; and the successful completion of specific tasks associate with that training. About What You'll Do You will create, support or modify the following in Marketo (existing Marketo experience is preferred): Localized programs using pre-built program templates Complex campaign/nurture flows Emails (based on existing/approved templates) Web forms, landing pages, dynamic content, ad-hoc reports Targeted audience list creation and list management Filtered/suppressed audience segments that align with regional or local regulations and laws (e.g., GDPR, CASL, etc.) Channels/tags/program statuses/program setup Data management and optimization Programs (including engagement programs, event and email programs) Trigger and batch campaigns A/B testing (emails and landing pages) Real-time alerts Manual campaign response tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters) Cloning assets/programs between workspaces Replicating and understanding existing/pre-built program templates to support new requests Personalization/Snippets/segments/tokens Standard analytics/reporting and Revenue Cycle Analytics/Explorer (RCA/RCE) Basic knowledge of Photoshop desired While the focus of this position is Europe, the consultant will be expected to provide support across our entire, global organization (backfill when other team members are on PTO, capacity exceeded in a specific area/region, etc.) This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/89781448
