Product & Marketing Director Basingstoke, Global Remit Cash Management Technology & Services £120,000 - £150,000 & package This global cash management business solutions works with the world’s central banks, global financial institutions, retail and commercial banks, delivering a range of hardware and software solutions, consultancy and support services to the cash processing industry. They design and deliver bespoke solutions that truly enable customers to safeguard their reputation, optimise efficiency, and protect investments. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior Product & Marketing leader to join the Executive Team and provide strong commercial and strategic leadership to the Product Management and Marketing teams, shaping and delivering core product roadmap and strategy. The Role: Establish a go-to-market strategy and model for a portfolio of customer centric software and analytics products for a global audience. Serve as the voice of the customer within the product business, translating product deliverables to customer needs. Provide leadership on audience segmentation, to ensure tailored messaging for maximum effectiveness in all markets. Partner with regional sales teams, to ensure optimum product positioning and deliver effective sales enablement materials. Drive sales growth and market penetration through compelling digital content, materials. You will also be a market facing product advocate and subject matter expert. The Person: Intelligent, ambitious, driven and highly energised, you will be naturally inquisitive and thrive in environments of ambiguity – applying your insights to the evolution of commercial product roadmaps. You will bring a depth of knowledge gained in an engineering led environment supporting the commercial evolution and delivery of market leading products including; electro-mechanical, SaaS, analytics and integrated software solutions. Proven experience of launching complex products, including development of content, aligning sales objectives to marketing plans, articulating product value propositions and developing the sales tools that support the full business development and sales cycle.
