Overview
IT Project Leader required by a software and solutions company to provide assistance with successful delivery of key project implementation tasks. IT Solutions Consultant will ideally have a Project Management / Customer Care background and skills centred on solution design, documentation and implementation. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team working on exciting projects in a stimulating environment. IT Project Leader – skills and experience · Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Oracle, MsSQL systems · Proven Customer Facing and Technical Support skills · Experience of customer requirements gathering and documentation. · Experience of Internal solution designing and documentation. · Specification of solution enhancements (Application, EDI, Dashboard Charting). · Solution enhancement testing. · Skilled at liaison with customer and project 3rd parties. · Experience of Integration testing. · End-to-End solution configuration and testing. · Technical environment set-up and testing. · Customer support during the implementation phase(s). · Application user training and documentation. · On-site Go-Live Support assistance. · Post go-live solution hand-over activities. IT Projecter Lead – main responsibilities · Co-ordinate to provide leadership and support staff to ensure maximum performance. · Prioritise work to meet deadlines · Monitor and review targets to manage, monitor and support the delivery of business outcomes making appropriate recommendations · Deliver training to customers and internal staff against training manuals and procedures · Liaise with customers, staff and colleagues to provide quality communication and care · Maintain and respect confidentiality in accordance with confidentiality policy, non-disclosure agreements and Data Protection Act This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team working on exciting projects in a stimulating environment.
