Overview

We are looking to appoint an inspiring teacher who will deliver engaging lessons to their students. You will also oversee our curriculum and quality of teaching and learning. As a senior manager, you will play a key role in leading the college-wide team and setting high expectations for both students and staff, in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students and stakeholders. As our Curriculum and Quality Lead, you will have responsibility for curriculum development and quality management across our education provision. You will work closely with the Head of Education to steer our College’s journey to deliver excellent student experiences, adapting and responding to the changing needs of our students and the organisation. Our provision focuses on promoting independence and preparing students for their future destinations. No two days will be the same, so you will need to thrive in a busy working environment with excellent drive, focus and project management. Teachers with experience delivering English or maths at level 2 and/or 3 will be welcomed, although any subject and key stage specialisms will also be valued.
