Overview Curriculum Officer Permanent Contract Based at Quorum Business Park in Newcastle upon Tyne 37 hours per week Salary up to 32,250 per annum Do you want to join us on our future journey? The Curriculum Team are responsible for supporting Schools, Colleges and Training Providers to plan, resource and deliver a range of NCFE/CACHE qualifications. We do this by hosting planning events (both F2F and on-line), signposting key resources, on-boarding new centres and running a wide range of CPD events and interventions. The opportunity Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, the Curriculum Officer role will lead the on-boarding and CPD training of teachers, lecturers and support staff to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to deliver a wide variety of qualifications ranging from Functional Skills, Vocational Certificates (V-Certs) and Technical Qualifications (T-Levels) A key part of this role is to ensure that customers, are provided with the appropriate level of support through a variety of activities, including: * Qualification planning and resourcing advice * Teacher support consultations * New centre on-boarding webinars * CPD and networking events * Quality assurance guidance A bit about you... You will be a proactive and independent individual who has a desire to support teachers, lecturers and other practitioners to get the best outcomes for their learners. You will be experienced in communicating complex information effectively and tenacious in following up customer actions and requests.
