We are building an exceptional team to support the skills agenda for the Wakefield district and to support us on our journey to be 'outstanding'. As a Curriculum Administrator you would be part of the 'Skills for Work' Team supporting the teaching team to monitor, track and support individuals to gain the qualifications needed to succeed in work and life. The role is fast paced and ever changing and the ability to work under pressure with constantly, changing priorities is a must. You will support colleagues across the service with a particular focus on: Checking, updating and recording learner progress onto a shared system within prescribed deadlines Assisting the Curriculum Managers to take rectification actions. Undertaking compliance checks at key stages of the learner journey Co-ordinating online distance learning programmes. Updating and proactively developing and maintaining learner records. The person You will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalents) and be experienced in a similar role, preferably with a passion for supporting people and teams to be the best they can be. You will have demonstrable experience of working with spreadsheets to high levels of accuracy and working to deadlines. You would need excellent verbal and written communication skills and be expected to be a proactive and adaptable team member.
