Overview
Desktop Support Analyst Your responsibilities will be to provide End User Support for all offices and execute appropriate technical responses to all issues. To be successful, you'll need: Experience with Windows 10 Environments Advanced working knowledge of all core Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer) Immediate response time to 1st line incidents logged by the Service Desk Experience supporting remote access systems, these include MFA and Citrix Experience of supporting iOS devices via MDM systems Microsoft Azure exposure Desirable to have: Experience/Knowledge of ITIL Knowledge of the Private Equity Industry Financial Services permanent Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
