Overview

I am looking for a professional and experienced Helpdesk Support Technician to join a well established and successful company locally to Heathrow. You will be the first point of contact for all customers seeking technical assistance. Daily duties include: Remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques Promoting the use of software and services Supporting licensed users and potential new unlicensed users Following up and updating customer status and information Installation and upgrade of software for new and existing customers Liaising with relevant parties Demonstrating software Requirements: You must have proven experience as a helpdesk technician A good knowledge of international freight forwarding is very advantageous Excellent communication skills verbal and written Strong presentation skills must have the ability to demonstrate a product to an audience Must have previous experience of IT Support within the freight forwarding industry
