Raising of sales invoices including updating of associated schedules on Business Central. Chasing debtor payments and attending internal monthly meetings to resolve any queries Assist with month end procedures including purchase ledger accruals and reconciliations Setting up of new customer accounts in compliance with the Finance Regulations. Variance analysis of the departmental costs for the Period and YTD. Compile and check monthly aged debtor and aged creditor reports Raise customer statements and send reminder letters as required. Taking responsibility for any other general duties which are commensurate to this role as directed by the Interim Finance Director. Profile Part qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) Proven history of working in a similar position Can analyse and interpret data, ensuring the integrity of financial information Proficient with Excel - Pivots / VLOOKUP's Available on less than 2 week's notice Proactive in approach to work Happy to get involved with other ad hoc tasks around the business relating to projects that may crop up.
