Senior Learning & Development Manager - People Manager Birmingham - West Midlands Paying Up to £75k Bonus Start ASAP Who are we? My client, a leading private sector business that is looking for an experienced Senior Learning & Development Manager to join the team based in the Midlands. What you will be doing? Design, deliver and implement training interventions and programmes. Provide coaching and performance management across the business. Design and development of L&D frameworks. Long term skills planning. Managing a large team. Work with Business Managers and Directors to establish and implement strategic plans for Learning & Development for this particular business area. What skills are we looking for? Demonstrate previous experience of providing strong influential, networking and interpersonal skills at all levels. Experienced in project management. Experienced people manager. Customer-focused and commercial awareness to deliver outstanding results. Ability to effectively plan, organise and manage multi-tasks. CIPD qualification in Learning & Development or equivalent business qualification. Proven project management experience. What is in it for you?
