1st Line Helpdesk Technician/ IT Apprentice/First Line Support/1st Line Support/ Helpdesk Administrator/ Helpdesk Coordinator/Service Desk/1st/2nd Line Support/IT Graduate /Junior Software Support/IT Support Type : Permanent Location; Salary: £20-25,000 per annum 1st Line Helpdesk Technician/ IT Apprentice/First Line Support/1st Line Support/ Helpdesk Administrator/ Helpdesk Coordinator/Service Desk/1st/2nd Line Support/IT Graduate /Junior Software Support/IT Support IT Help Desk Engineer required to join a growing software company based in Newbury. The chosen candidate will provide ongoing support to the customer base and work on customer cases/emails through to finding resolutions. Alongside this you will work with internal engineers and project managers to best support customers on boarding and support process. To be suitable for this role you will have experience in a live IT Support environment or within Software support.
