Overview
Our client is a well established law firm in Berkshire seeking a family solicitor or legal executive. The firm continues to expand its client base by offering a quality service through personal partner contact. Several partners are members of specialist legal panels and the firm has developed dedicated teams to work within the key areas of commercial property, corporate services, wills and estate planning, litigation and residential property. The firm is committed to actively participating in and making a positive contribution to the business and activities of the local community; its clients range from large multi-national corporations through to family firms, professional partnerships, start up businesses and private individuals. The firm is currently looking for an experienced family solicitor or legal executive with 5 years' PQE. The ideal candidate will also have extremely strong marketing skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, resourcefulness and a strong sense of commercial awareness. A genuine route to partnership is on offer. This role can be either FULL OR PART TIME. You will be a team player with the ability to foster positive client relationships. Working as a key member of the Family Team, you will be able to run your own caseload of privately funded family work. This will include ancillary relief and child matters. Collaborative law experience is desirable.
