Overview
Stimulus Consulting are growing training consultancy who specialise in delivering Salesforce CRM to a variety of companies and stakeholders across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join their graduate scheme. They collaborate with their clients to ensure that the training is relevant to their business and that every person involved can use the CRM effectively. Due to stellar growth, Stimulus Consulting are looking to run a graduate Scheme for talented individuals looking to grow into consulting or training. After an extensive training scheme, you will be working in an autonomous role, travelling to client sites across the UK to work on a variety of exciting projects. The Role: Graduate Business Analyst As part of the role on the graduate scheme, you will learn how to use Salesforce CRM and how to train various user groups on this Another part of your role will be working on consultancy projects so that your clients are getting the most out of Salesforce CRM You will be travelling across the UK, and occasionally Europe, to meet with clients and ensure that their Salesforce CRM usage is as effective as possible, producing "how to guides" and leaving a set training pattern for new starters You will also be working with IT support and implementation teams to ensure that the CRM meets the client needs The Candidate With your 2:1 degree classification, you will be able to write comprehensive training materials to ensure that all delegates are well supported in their training Having an interest in technology and strong Microsoft skills will prepare you to learn the Salesforce CRM Your strong communication skills and confidence in presenting will ensure that you deliver the best possible training courses Your strong organisational skills and excellent time management will prepare you for the varied workload Your fluency in either French or German will help you with European client work Click the apply button now if you want to work in an autonomous role in a supportive company like Stimulus Consulting
