Overview
I currently am working on a position as a Customer Service Executive, for a reputable growing company in Milton Keynes. As a Customer Service Executive you will be providing high quality customer service via email and over the telephone. You will be supporting customers with their queries and be consistent delivering a high level of customer service. Administration is also a key part of the role and having an eye for detail. You will need to be a team player and enthusiastic about customer service. You must be confident in using Word, Excel and quick to learn new systems. A background in customer service and administration is essential for this position. You need to be proactive, a desire to get involved and help where needed.
