Overview
Lead IT Business Analyst Permanent Central Birmingham Salary to start up to 50K plus benefits (Pension, Holidays, Flexi time, training/ development and progression opportunities) I have an exciting opportunity to get on board an organisation who are going through a huge transformation across the whole business. They have a variety of IT and Change projects on-going with many more on the horizon. They are looking to recruit a Business Analyst at Lead Level who will provide line management/ support and mobilise 3 business Analysts. In this role their will be a focus on working with the key stakeholders/ senior figures looking at the wider change agenda. Responsibilities - Lead on the IT Change Management process - Develop a continuous service improvement culture within IT - Support the Head of IT with governance, compliance and legislation - Define deliverable's, resource requirements and work plans for all projects - Line manage and promote best practice Requirements - Good solid experience of IT and Change projects been carried out end to end - BCS qualification in Business Analysis or similar - The ability to influence, communicate effectively to various levels - Stakeholder management Line management experience desirable This is an exciting opportunity to get on board an organisation who will enable you to come into an autonomous environment, work on some large scale and exciting projects and support you own professional development.
