Associate Executive Search Consultant - Finance City of London Basic to £40k Excellent Bonus Benefits A respected executive search recruitment firm focused on CFO-level senior appointments is looking for an up-and-coming recruiter to join the team in a junior or associate capacity. Working closely with senior consultants, you will participate in the full cycle of recruitment covering candidate and client liaison, market mapping, screening and shortlisting of applicants. Clients include listed companies, private firms and private equity backed businesses. Appointments are at Board/CFO/Director-level. We are looking for a polished, presentable individual with an agile mind and the ability to interact confidently with clients and candidates at all levels. Suitable applicants will likely have at least a year of appropriate agency recruitment experience and may be looking to step up into a professional, consultative executive search environment.
