Overview
Springfield Real Estate Management (SREM) are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Manager to manage our large residential property portfolio across the North of Scotland. Duties include, but are not limited to general management, re-letting properties, co-ordinating minor repairs and preparing lease documentation. The successful candidate will have experience in managing residential lettings and the ability to offer excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full time position based in our Elgin office and some evening and weekend work will be involved from time to time. The role requires regular travel to our properties, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. In return, we offer excellent working conditions and package.
