Overview

We have been mandated to seek 2 CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Advisers for a prestigious banking entity based in Birmingham. You will be primarily responsible to sell the Bank’s Mortgage alternative Products (Property Purchase Plans) over the phone and email, develop relationships with new and exisiting customers. Providing a world class service which is of high quality in content, and highly efficient in delivery, to both internal and external stakeholders also supporting existing and new customer's on Purchase Plans and (BTL) Buy to Let and (HPS) Home Purchase Scotland also Help to Buy Purchase Plan mortgages, via telephone and email. Responsible of receipt of new HPP/BTL/HPS and HTBPP application's forms from customer and assessing. Assessing full applications for authenticity and certify ID and documentations. (Original documents or certified). Taking application through stress test means and if affordability is justified for customer to meet our mortgage. Obtain valuation and Admin fees and instruct Valuation to Fast Surveyors. Review valuation report and action surveyor notes accordingly on systems (Salesforce) Prepare submissions case for senior underwriter's approval to offer and submit via Salesforce. Taking ownership and packaging and processing HPP/HPS, HTBPP and BTL cases from pre - submission through to drawdowni.e. completion. Communication with our banks Solicitors and obtained updates on cases regular which care due for completion. Maintain banks records and kept up to date. Keeping customer and intermediaries up to date progress of case via telephone and email. Requirements Must be CeMap Qualifed Banking experience in selling mortgages. Fluently speak the following languages; Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi & Somali Ideally hold Inbound and Outbound telesales experience. Remuneration Package On top of the base offered will be included: Plus quarterly bonus of up to £1200 Plus annual bonus up to 20% of salary Plus benefits of the employer including Private Healthcare 25 days hols 6% Contributory Pension
