Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has vacancies for Level 2 Healthcare Assistants (HCA) for flexible working within the (BCHC) via the Trust Bank, the organisation's temporary staffing department, with roles based at :- In Patient Facilities: * Moseley Hall Hospital * West Heath Hospital Intermediate Care units: * Perry Tree Centre, Kingstanding * Ann Marie Howes Centre, Sheldon Heath * Community Unit 27, Good Hope Hospital We are currently recruiting dedicated and motivated individuals with sound clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently. You will need to be able to prioritise, work under pressure and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The valuable role of the Healthcare Assistant is to provide hands on assistance to patients under the direction of a registered professional. You would be responsible for providing safe, kind, and responsive care with a genuine desire to play an active part in the care of our patients. * Significant NHS Experience i n an appropriate care setting, particularly in elderly care is required (or if a student undergoing professional health training, you will need to have completed your first placement) * This job advert will close as soon as sufficient applications have been received.
