Their HR Team are enabling them to do just that, striving towards a better future for their employees. The company has grown exponentially over the past 3 years and continue to grow to support their expanding project portfolio and the imminent move into a brand-new Technical Centre. They are seeking a HR Manager who can support their mission and share the same values. The HR Manager will join for an initial 12 Months to cover Maternity leave. You will lead a small and progressive team, creating positive changes to improve the wellbeing of their employees. About The Company Innovation is at the heart of everything this company do. The HR Manager will: - Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy - Mentor/coach the HR team members - Implement learning and development initiatives - Work with appropriate parties on reward and HR strategy - Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies - Manage talent and succession planning - Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals - Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary - Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation - Support change management processes About You You will have strong experience as a HR Manager in a Human Resources function including leading small teams You will take an active lead in developing policies, problem solving and implementing change to ensure a positive working environment for employees. You will hold a relevant HR qualification, ideally CIPD level 5 or 7, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
