Principal Systems Engineer | up to £58,000 (D.O.E) | Warrington | Permanent Your new company Our client are leaders within the infrastructure solutions industry, providing a bespoke service to their clients. Your new role As Principal Systems Engineer, you will utilise your knowledge of infrastructure and networking to create and deliver bespoke packages. You will produce Strategic Documents, Requirements Specifications and Design Specifications and develop test strategies. Duties include designing and develop applications as part of Real-time Information Systems; whilst operating in accordance with company policies and procedures. What you need to succeed The ideal candidate will have a degree or HND in a computing related subject; strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, databases and networking. You will have experience with software development technologies, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and have a sound grasp of IT methodologies and of related governance issues. Ideally, having a good knowledge and understanding of the power generation, nuclear decommissioning, transmission and distribution and other related infrastructure industries. What you'll get in return A salary up to £58,000 depending on experience, along with a desirable benefits package.
