If you're stuck in your current role with no room to progress then this is the role for you As a Candidate Consultant you will support a Recruitment team in assisting with the sourcing and matching of candidates to vacancies, taking them through the entire process whilst building strong relationships and providing an excellent service. The role is predominantly phone based, with daily face to face interaction with every candidate - being a people person is highly important Job Description Sourcing and meeting candidates through advertising, registrations and networking via job boards and LinkedIn Matching candidates to vacancies ensuring that you establish an excellent understanding of their requirements and providing them with an unrivalled service Maintaining regular contact with existing candidates using our intuitive CRM Scheduling and arranging interviews and offering support and advice to candidates to increase their success rate Manage the entire candidate process from application to placement The Successful Applicant Strong customer service background, ideally telephone based Confident with strong ability to build rapport You will be ambitious and driven to finding outstanding candidates and matching them to relevant vacancies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to build lasting relationships with your candidates Proven ability in prioritising workload effectively and working to targets/deadlines Strong academic background The ability to work within a fast paced and target driven environment Team player with strong teamwork ethics What Huntress can offer Progression - Our 'Career Pathways' scheme enables you to be in charge of your own future progression.
