Overview
Contracts Advisor Globally recognised specialist risk consultancy working across disciplines, technologies and geographies and experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Contracts Advisor fluent in German to advise their legal contracts management function in EMEA on a permanent basis. The Role: As a fluent German speaking Contracts Manager you will work as part of a London based legal team advising the business in relation to all aspects of agreeing contract terms with clients and suppliers, effectively balancing the contractual exposure of the business with the need to maintain good working relationships with counterparties. You will be expected to provide the business with advice in respect of legal compliance and ethics risk areas as well as identify appropriate contractual mechanisms and solutions. Requirements: Credible hands on inhouse experience Excellent contract drafting and communications skills when negotiating contracts A good understanding of legal compliance and ethics risk areas In-house experience Proficient at working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Comfortable with a variety of common contract types including: contacts for provision of services such as MSA, special terms and conditions, purchase orders, calls offs, work orders and corporate documentation such as NDAs, MOUs, referral agreements, collaboration, teaming and consortium agreements.
