Audit/Accounts Semi Senior & Senior in London - Top 50 firm Our Client Based in London our client is a Top 50 firm. They are a large and well established firm with offices around the country including Central London. They are looking to develop and continue to build their audit teams. The firm manages prestigious portfolios in a variety of different sectors including media and entertainment, retailers, manufacturing, IT and NFP. The Role The client is looking to fill an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior role, a split role that require both Audit and Accounts experience. The individual should want and expect to be continuing to carry out Audits. The role is based in Central London where you’ll work around a large team of Audit and Accounts individuals, including Juniors, Managers, Senior Managers and Partners. You will be leading and liaising with juniors on a number of varied Audits. These are key roles within the Audit team and will report to and work with the Senior Managers in most cases and directly with Partners in some. The varied nature of the role offers excellent all round exposure as well as a clear route for progression for nominated staff to enter onto a development programme. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to the following: Planning, budgeting and executing all Audit assignment from start to finish Working with a range of entities including Listed companies, HNWIs and Owner managed businesses Leading accounts assignments on a range of clients in the Entertainment, Property and Retail sectors You will have full responsibility for all aspects of planning and performing all audit assignments from start to finish, including budgets and client meetings and visits Training, delegating, monitoring and reviewing the work of junior staff on large assignments The Candidate The perfect candidate for the Audit & Accounts Semi Senior role will have had minimum 18 months Audit and Accounts experience, AAT part qualified, started or looking to start their ACA/ACCA. The clients you will deal with will be varied and therefore your previous client portfolio must be diverse and profitable. The varied nature of the role offers excellent all round exposure as well as a clear route for progression for nominated staff to enter onto a development programme to Senior and then Manager.
