An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue chip IT company, is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist based on their customer site in Edinburgh. You will join our support team providing 2nd and 3rd level support to our customer. The ideal candidate will be expected to work as part of a team but be equally happy to work on their own using their own initiative. Salary up to £30,000 dependant on experience. Key Responsibilities: Resolve incidents and fulfill client requests via SNOW system Work on a variety of projects on secure and secret networks Essential Skills: Hold or able to achieve SC secuirty clearance AD Management: Groups, Permissions, OUs Administration Group Policy Authoring Server Management: Management of Windows Server 2003 – 2019 Management of VMware based Infrastructure Server Deployment: Deploying Physical & Virtual Servers Application Installation & Configuration Storage Management: Data Migration, Balancing Patch Management Technology: Support and Administration of WSUS Patching Infrastructure Support and Administration of Ivanti Patch Infrastructure This is an excellent opportunity to join us and as an employee you will gain access to a large library of training courses and accreditations to help further your skills and development.
