Product Support Engineer Salary - £25,000 to £27,000 per annum Location – Bedford Working Hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm with a Friday 4:00pm finish Overtime – Available Type of Contract – Permanent, Full time Allstaff Recruitment are recruiting for a Product Support Engineer, to join an ever-growing manufacturing company based in Bedfordshire. As a Product Support Engineer , you will be supporting product improvement, whilst dealing with complex product issues and providing the best service to clients and customers. Essential skills for a Product Support Engineer : Candidates will be able to conduct calibration, services and repairs of products Handle complex technical enquiries from customers, ensuring that any problems are resolved to satisfaction Conduct RCA (Root cause analysis) to identify problems with both applications and products, to resolve in an effective and timely manner Provide input on specification/development and build of new product auto test systems, whilst providing ongoing support for users. As well as advising improvements for all product auto test systems Ensure an up to date and comprehensive knowledge of products, services and policies Needed Qualifications of a Product Support Engineer: Candidates must have a HNC/ONC or equivalent Proficient in MS office, specifically Word and Excel At least 5 years’ experience in electronics, electrical or instrumentation Be able to demonstrate an ability working within a QMS environment Similar roles: product support, product support engineer, bench technician, service engineer, servicing engineer To apply for the Product Support Engineer position, please complete your details below and include a copy of your up to date CV.
