Overview

We are on the search for an expereinced account manager for a cleint based in Aldershot, you will have the pleasure of joining a friendly team within a newly refurbished office space. You will be responsible for managing the tasks and duties as required within your team of Customer Service Administrators. Ensuring their smooth and effective completion, contributing to the performance of the Sales Team as a whole and making sure that a high level of Customer Service is maintained. Hours of work 8.30-17.30 Monday-Friday Holiday 28 days (that includes 8 bank holidays ) £18,000 Day To Day Duties To be responsible for the day to day operation of your team of Customer Service administrators To run and action various reports for the managment team Answering telephone calls and email corespondance Deal with distributor complaints from receipt to resolution To provide assistance to the Level 2 or 3 Account Manager in times of absence Managing existing Accounts and liaising with new customers Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is maintained Accurately administrating orders from quote to delivery Escalate complaints to the department Management team Preparing and attending the Quality Control meetings Liaising with different areas of the business to meet distributor needs Attend meetings Order fulfilment, assisting Production with packing Ensure tasks that are not completed by you, are completed by your direct team members Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is maintained Speaking to customers and promoting any existing Marketing campaigns Preparation as requested for monthly sales meetings You will be required to be the face of the account, attending meetings with customers and trade shows/events as required of the customer or both companies What we are looking for ? Previous Team Leader/management experience ? Customer Service experience ? Computer skill Excel word and PowerPoint ? Service minded Customer foscused ? Excellent attention to detail ?
