Internal Account Manager/Sales Administrator/Sales Coordinator Location : Aldershot Salary £23,000 benefits Hours of work : Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm My client who are based in Aldershot are looking for an Account Manager/Sales Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who are able to provide excellent customer service and guide the customers throughout their journey. We are looking for candidates who have got experience in order processing, complaint handling and building relationships Daily Duties Answering telephone calls Managing existing Accounts and liaising with new customers Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is maintained Managing your internal and external emails Deal with distributor complaints from receipt to resolution Accurately administrating orders from quote to delivery Escalate complaints to the department Management team Preparing and attending the Quality Control meetings Liaising with different areas of the business to meet distributor needs Filing Order fulfilment, assisting Production with packing To run and action various reports To provide guidance to team members and ensure all team members workload is up to date Upsell where possible and cross sell Speaking to customers and promoting any existing Marketing campaigns Preparation as requested for monthly sales meetings between the Head of Sales and Board of Directors You will be required to be the face of the account, attending meetings with customers and trade shows/events as required of the customer or both companies Issue quotes to distributors and deal with any enquiries Raise orders on our operating systems, preparing orders for printing, checking and sending order confirmation to our customers Progress orders/approvals/quotes, debagging orders in readiness for invoicing Skillset Computer literate Committed, with a great work ethos Service minded with excellent customer focus Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing Team player, with positive outlook Focused on timely delivery and achievement of customer satisfaction Must be numerate Excellent attention to detail Excellent levels of written and spoken English Competent in basic Excel word and PowerPoint Has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Able to run reports and communicate findings with department Management team
