Job Description This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a leading UK specialist wholesaler of quality fancy dress and novelty items for children and adults based in central Bristol. Job Purpose: Assisting and working with the Product and Buying team’s administrative duties. Working in the administration of the product life cycle from set up, preparing purchase orders with the Far East, USA and UK supply base and assisting with resolving issues, payments and shipping. Key Responsibilities: · Liaising with suppliers to support the purchasing team. · Assisting in the import of products. · Liaising with the finance department with regards to the payment of invoices. · Checking for accuracy and problem solving where required. · Setting up and amending products within SAGE 200. · Maintaining all information, notably price changes, carton and MOQ quantity information in SAGE. · Supporting safety compliance and assisting with QC related issues. · Assisting with the co-ordination of product samples. · Undertake any other duties/tasks that are reasonably asked of you. Key Requirements: Intermediate level Excel ability required. Good attention to detail. Good English language ability, written and spoken. Desired requirements: Experience of SAGE preferred.
