HR Generalist - Slough - £30,000 - £35,000 Our Client Wade Macdonald are proud to be working alongside a market leading software provider who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their existing HR team. You will be playing an instrumental role in creating a culture of excellence and creating the conditions for helping people be their 'best' selves. This means you will be an enthusiastic, dynamic and high energy 'people person'. About The Role: The HR Generalist will be responsible for the hands-on execution of the day to day HR function and management of the entire employee lifecycle. They will act as a go-to person and trusted advisor to management teams and employees throughout the business, providing full scope of employment topics including but not limited to Employee Relations, HR Policies, Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance Development, Benefits Administration etc. What You Will Need: Previous HR Generalist experience , ideally within a small HR function ER experience including advising on disciplinary and grievance issues with the ability t o apply the relevant legal principles and risk assessment Experience advising management teams on the entire employee lifecycle Experience of working with cloud-based HR systems/ databases CIPD level 3 or 5 What you will receive: The opportunity to work in an exciting growing business Career progression opportunities Working in a small, supportive team Private health-care Flexi-working HR Generalist - Slough - £30,000 - £35,000 Applications are encouraged from all candidates meeting or exceeding the minimum criteria for the role regardless of age, disability, gender, orientation, race, religion or ethnicity.
