Overview
HM Staffing is currently recruiting for an HR Project Manager to join a busy and industry-leading company located in Slough. The team is made up of an outstanding and diverse group of passionate, gifted and charismatic individuals. These individuals go out of their way to supply the greatest level of service. This role would suit someone who has experience in a similar position before. HR Project Manager Duties: Experience of delivering replacement HR and Payroll solutions on time and on budget. Been responsible for successfully implementing full life cycle projects Provide examples of working proactively, either independently or as part of a team Strong stakeholder management, including engaging with HR and Procurement functions Demonstrate strong organisation and project management skills with a certification in PRINCE2 practitioner or equivalent. Keeping 3rd party supplies accountable Project managing the implementation of further systems rollouts and developments. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, influencing and managing change and owning the relationships with third party providers. Ensuring proposed approaches are efficient, cost and time effective, developing and applying knowledge in relation to set up and relevant legislation. Defining and delivering the HR and L&D systems roadmap, driving the agenda in line with company priorities. Supporting the appraisal and performance management process. Developing a yearly audit plan, documenting HR and L&D reporting and providing weekly progress updates. Providing guidance through the development of comprehensive know-how documents and overseeing the delivery of training in HR and L&D systems. HR Project Manager Skills: Attention to detail. Experience in a similar role. Communication Skills. Organisational Ability. Previous experience of SagePeople and Storeforce would be preferable. Problem-Solving Skills. Time Management. Planning Skills. This is a 6-9 Month FTC HR Project Manager position paying between £40,000 - £55,000.
