Group Manager – B&I Contract Catering – Reading - Up to £32,000 The Role – Our client is looking for a successful multisite manager to come on board and take charge of this excellent group contract in the centre of Reading. Manging circa 3 sites with full accountability for all sites providing B&I retail & hospitality catering, in this high-end contract. A client facing role which demands you get the most out of your contract and your team. We are looking for a polished, commercial manager who has B&I experience and looking to take their first step into Senior Management. Essential you are a culture fit for the business - educated, enthusiastic, ambitious and creative. Responsibilities: In this role you will be accountable for 3 sites under this fantastic group contract. To be successful in this role you will need to come from a commercial B&I background or a modern, fresh, innovative branded high street operation and have multisite experience at the forefront of your experience. This company demand innovation and flair and this will be the driving force of your skill set. You will exceed and manage the client’s expectations whilst falling in line with budgetary commitments on the contract. You will have responsibility for recognising training needs and developing your team and implementing the latest trends into the business to stay ahead of the market. You will enjoy the marketing and CSR side of the business and evaluate each site within the contract and tailor this to the client’s needs. Financial and Commercial acumen are essential as well as confident forecasting and reporting into your seniors.
