Customer Service Executive Stratford-Upon-Avon • Permanent • Full time • £18,500 Arden Personnel are recruiting for a high growth and ambitious UK based company. Recently honoured to receive the Queen’s Award for innovation, this company operates two brands, selling internationally and importantly to some of the UK’s biggest retailers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, as Customer Service Executive you will be an excellent communicator who will contribute to the smooth running of the department to achieve team and company goals. This can include liaising with internal departments to streamline processes and identifying areas of improvement across the team. B2C order processing, admin and management is your key priority. You are an advocate of Customer Service who is proactive in resolving customer issues in an efficient manner, whilst also offering feedback internally to relevant departments. You will have a positive approach and be a committed advocate of the brands. Day to day duties are as follows: Taking orders via telephone/email for direct and trade customers Managing the order and dealing with customer queries Responding to queries in a timely manner Managing customer feedback Working on social media, responding to messages/comments Ensuring each order is correctly dealt with through the whole process Keeping customers informed Tracking deliveries, creating labels and producing delivery quotations Processing returns Highlighting customer reviews Generating reports Supporting the Customer Service Manager with other project and admin tasks when required The Successful Customer Service Executive must have the following skills/experience Previous customer service experience Have excellent organisation/multi-tasking skills Be proficient in Microsoft Office and using the internet for research Have experience of working in a team Be adaptable/flexible in approach to work with a “can do” attitude Be friendly, polite and empathetic Have excellent attention to detail Have a creative flair for products What's on offer for the successful Customer Service Executive Working for a high growth Company with prospects £18,500 per annum 20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays Apply for this role: To apply for our Customer Service Executive role please click the apply button.
